Bann Hire goes green - Paperless depots

Deliveries and Collections can be a big challenge to a hire company’s productivity. Vital time is lost as employees return to the depot to drop off important paperwork or pick up details of their next job. It can also be difficult to keep track of drivers’ status, which can have a knock-on effect when trying to plan response times to customers.

Bann Hire's Driver Scheduler’s drag-and-drop ability and depth of functionality makes it even easier than ever to allocate and manage transport jobs, including giving users access to all detailed information completed by the driver in real time.
Even in areas with no signal, drivers can complete jobs and move on to their next delivery or collection. The App will automatically sync with system as soon as they have reception.
Syncs with Driver Scheduler
Within the Bann Hire Driver App we have made it mandatory that all drivers complete a definable vehicle check before starting on their delivery and collections, which are then automatically saved into our workshop system. As well as detailed information about the job, an in built Google Maps button makes it even easier for our driver to plan their journey. Checklists can be assigned for deliveries and collections to make sure items like familiarisation are carried out and recorded.
Jobs List
The Bann HIre Driver app will automatically pick up the contact name and the customer can sign using their finger or a stylus. With the added ability to display any terms and conditions you want them to agree to before signing. Confirmation of the collection or delivery can then be emailed directly to you  the customer as well as being stored in the main Bann Hire system. This enables users to view information such as who, when and where their equipment was signed for.
